  • What is Bull Python's returns policy?
    At Bull Python, your satisfaction is our priority. Each product is made to order, and we strive to deliver high-quality items every time. Please review our return and refund policy below: General Policy Made-to-Order Products: All Bull Python products are custom-made for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were correctly produced and delivered as ordered. • Exceptions for Returns: We will accept returns or replacements for the following issues: • Damaged items. • Misprinted designs. • Manufacturing defects. • Incorrect items received. Note: Returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes ordered, or preference changes are not accepted, so please double-check sizing and order details before completing your purchase. Return Time Frame To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. How to Report an Issue If you experience a problem with your order, email us at support@bullpython.com with the following: • Order number. • A description of the issue. • Photos clearly showing the problem (e.g., misprint, damage). We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable: • Masks, underwear, and swimwear. • Customized or personalized items (if printed correctly). Order Cancellations • Before Production: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if production has not started. • During Production or After Shipment: Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once production begins or after the order has shipped. Resolution Process • For Eligible Issues: • If your issue is approved, we will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you. • Damaged or misprinted items do not need to be returned. Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Shipping & Late Delivery • Delayed Orders: • Standard Orders: You may request a partial refund if production exceeds 7 working days. • Bulk Orders: You may request compensation if production exceeds 15 working days. • Exceptions: Delays due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for compensation. • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible
  • How do I request a return or replacement?
    To initiate a return or replacement, follow these steps: Email Us: Send an email to info@BullPython.com with the subject line "Return Request." Include Details: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or printing error. Response Time: We’ll review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
  • Are returns free?
    If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we’ll cover the cost of the return or replacement. For other situations, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size?
    As each product is made-to-order, we currently do not offer exchanges for size or style. We recommend carefully reviewing our size guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
  • How long will it take to receive a replacement?
    Once your return or replacement is approved, your replacement order will be processed within 7-10 business days and shipped out to you. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
  • What if my order gets lost in the mail?
    If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with our third-party provider.
  • Are there any items that can’t be returned?
    Yes, the following items are non-returnable: Gift cards Sale or clearance items Products with customization or personalized designs
