At BullPython, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are made-to-order, please read our return policy carefully.

1. How to Request a Return

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us with a clear photo of the issue and your order details.

2. What We Accept

We only accept returns or refunds for:

• Damaged items

• Misprints

• Defective products

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong size ordered

• Items that have been used or are not in original condition

3. Timeline and Processing

Once your return request is approved, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

Please note: All products are fulfilled through Printful, and all return requests must meet their requirements as well.
